Hi, we have installed service desk and have connected it to our active directory.  We were able to successfully import all of our user.  We also have setup the AD authentication and pass through.  We have no errors on the setup screen and we also appear to have no errors in the sso log file.  When we open up the service desk homepage, it says the user has successfully authenticated in the log file.  However, the home page screen still shows the login screen and makes the user still login.  Shouldn't it take them directly into the application?
