AD not automatically acquiring new employees
For a while my HelpDesk AD was automatically updating with new employees from Active Directory, now I have to manually import. The (new) Domain Name is correct as is the ID and password of the Administrator account. Is there a setting or a reset I need to perform to get the product to automatically pull from AD?
