AD not authenticating after 5.3 upgrade.

I have today applied the 5300 patch from 5200. After the upgrade NONE of my users can log in against AD authentication. I have one user named root that is a local user and it can still log in fine. I can also still import users from my domain, but then when the new user tries to log in it just says invalid username or password. It is like it's not connecting to my domain on login, even though it is on import just fine.
Any help would be GREAT, I have 30 users screaming at me because they can't get their passwords.
