We are in the process to evaluate AD Self Service Plus. Our setup works fine for Windows machines however for MAC machines endpoint MFA, after entering username and password, MFA pop up comes as blank. While the reset and unlock screen works as expected however Endpoint MFA screen shows up as blank. Tried with couple of mac books and the issue remains the same. 

Users are not on local LAN and we are using Cisco Anyconnect client to join systems to the domain. Plus there is another hack which we are using to avoid Anyconnect reconnect issue -
