Hello,

I'm not sure if these features are available but please add the following:

 

1. Instead of appending a number for a username that already exists, can you use the first and second intial. (ex: John Smith -- jsmith & josmith)

 

2. If a workflow request is rejected, would it be possible for the requestor to edit the request instead of creating a new one.

 

Again, I'm not sure if these features already exist.
