I'm testing out ADManager plus and considering buying it to manage our Active Directory.

We have an organization of over 1200 users. Our username format is HNxxxxx where the xxxxx are random numbers, e.g. a username could be HN10111.

Can this be done automatically so when one of our AD administrators creates a new user, AD Manager Plus  will figure out the username by it self without us "interfering"?
