I have imported the users into SDPLUS from AD

 

However I have a couple of users that although they are in the system as a requester with all thier details

 

ie:

e-mail address

telephone number

 

when i try to log a request for these few users thier details are not populated in the request details ( including thier e-mail address )

 

as such no notification are being sent to the user  

 

can you advise ?
