AD import - exceptions for specific accounts/groups?

AD import - exceptions for specific accounts/groups?

 Hi

is it possible to restrict or add an exception list to the user list that is imported from AD

On our AD configuration we have Exchange mailboxes listed as user accounts and at the moment these accounts are being imported into Service Desk

is there any way that I can control what AD data is imported?
