Part of our yearly user review, I have to generate these reports:
1. Go to the AD Reports tab -> Group Reports -> All Groups.
3. Hit the Generate button.
4. Select Add/Remove Columns to the right of the page.
5. Put the columns in the following order:
a. Group Name
b. Description
c. Members
d. Manager
6. Select Description near the top right of the page and enter “Network Folder Access”, then hit OK.
Se Select Quick Search on the left, and enter the name of the first manager on your manager list in the Manager column. This will show all security groups of which that manager manages.
8. Select Export as near the top right of the page and select PDF.
I've done this process every year for the last few years. I go to run the reports this time, it shows me:
You would think that there are no users in the groups based off the report above.....
But if I look in AD and if I click on a group name above, it will show me there are users in the group.
Even if I don't do a quick search
You'll see for example, ddfixed assets has a manager, shows - for member. I click on the group name and see that there are actually member there that aren't showing up.
So why no info??
Here's what last years report had based off what should be here:
Help!! Sent email to support but don't know how long to respond. I have to get these reports out within the next 2 weeks for audit compliance.
