Hi everyone, 

I have two questions : 

1) To link my ServiceDesk Plus Cloud users with the AD, should I use the Porvision App from the ESM Directory or the SyncTool for Zoho Directory ? 

2) The provision App keep giving me the error "the user name or password is incorrect" when I try to configure it. Could you please telle me what to do ? The same configuration has been applied to an onpremise application with no error.
