Hi,

I want to enable Active directory authentication, Service Desk 7.6.0 build 7603 installed on Windows 2008 R2 whereas Domain controller is Windows 2003.

I have imported all requester from Active Directory, but when i try to enable AD authentication it give an error

"FAILURE :Could not enable Active Directory Authentication. Ensure Domain Controller is configured for at least one of the Public Domains"

can any one help on this
