AD Audit Start Server hangs at "Loading Application Layer..."

Good Afternoon,

I saw a lot of people have run into this issue. When we hit "Start ADAudit Plus Server" icon, it hangs at "Loading Application Layer............"(picture attached). However, none of the posts included the solution, only to contact your support. I believe it would be very helpful to the community to know what the fix is for this.

This began when we stopped and started our ADAudit server process and now the web UI won't load. We have SSL on port 8444 which gives a page cannot be displayed, and non-SSL on port 8082 which brings up the attached error. wrapper.log shows everything is loading correctly and provides the full address " https://localhost:8444" to connect to, but we get "Page Cannot Be Displayed".

Support replaced the server.xml file and web.xml with no results. I had to cut it short and now I'm having trouble continuing the ticket. However, I would prefer to know the solution to this problem so our staff can address it on our own next time.
