I am using SDP 9.3 latest Build MS SQL 2008,

My questions is 

I noticed that there is an POP up when a technisian Open a ticket & another Technician Pick it Up Like Who is Working on the Ticket Near the status.

This is Not appear Between a Requester & technician,

another Note that If the Technician Reply to the ticket also an activity POP up appear on Requester Screen .

why this is not Working Between Requester & Technician.
