Active directory users not allowed on Self Service Portal.
Hi,
I have imported domain/ active directory users in my Servicedesk. But these users are not allowed to login on Self Service Portal. When I switch to Sevicedesk authentication and assign a password, the requestor is allowed to login. As soon as I change the authentication to active directory the user is not allowed to login on self service portal.
Any idea why...?
