We just upgraded to Service Desk + version 6 and had the same problems as everyone else. Then to fix that we upgraded to 6002. The original problems went away, but now we can not scan Active Directory any longer. The same domains that were being used before with the same credentials. Service Desk see the domains, and actually scans them but all of the Workstations and Users (requestors) fail.

Has the way to authenticate AD scans changed in version 6?
