Active Directory scan imports deactivated accounts

we change our staff quite often, so I have lots of deactivated user accounts before deleting them.
I have a scheduled import of my Active Directory in ServiceDesk.
With this import, deactivated users are also imported in SD but I have no way to identify them. So I have twice as much users in SD as a I have in my Active Directory.
Is there a way to exclude deactivated accounts from being imported in SD?
