Active Directory Replication between Domains

I recently added a new domain controller to my network using Windows Server 2003 R2 x64 bit OS.
There has been a reported problem in gettng an x64 Server Domain to join an existing x32 OS based domain.
I am wanting to install a duplicate "copy" the Active Directory on my Primary Windows Server 2003 x32 Domain Controller to the new 2ndary Domain Controller running Windows Server 2003 R2 x64 OS.
Anyone have any suggestions on how I might do this without having to create a gazillion .csv files to accomplish this ?
