Active Directory Integration
I'm evaluating the product and I really like what I'm seeing so far. Your asset management tools look quite promising, but it feels like your help desk components might be missing things we're really looking for.
I'm concerned that it appears that while you can pull user information from Active Directory, that you do not currently have the capability of providing users from AD the ability to log in to ServiceDesk with their AD username and password. This is a must have requirement for our company. We are all about single (or limited) user sign in.
