Active Directory Import missing 1 employee

Active Directory Import missing 1 employee

We have one user (that we know of) that is not being imported in via the Active Directory import. I can see this user inside the OU that we are pulling. Is there a way to troubleshoot this? I do not see anything on the system log viewer that would indicate why this user is not being imported.
