Active Directory Fields
We just recently purchased ServiceDesk Plus and it has been working great.
I would like to know if it is possible to synchronize an additional field in Active Directory when importing requesters? We particularly use the Description field under the General tab for a user account.
If this is possible, please advise as to how to accomplish this.
