Active Directory dashboards show N/A

I know this question has been asked before, but I have tried everything I have read and nothing seems to fix the issue.

When I add in a DC, OpManager correctly identifies it as a DC and has all the correct templates associated with it. When you look at the snapshot for any DC the dashboard items show N/A. Troubleshooting steps I have tried:

1) wmiadap /f on the DC multiple times. (did not help)
2) I have tried various usernames and passwords for both SNMP and WMI. All of which PASS.
3) I have run the various WMI scripts listed in other tickets and they DO return information.
4) AD Monitoring is licensed
5) We have the App Monitor plugin and adding a DC into it returns correct information.
6) Deleted the DC from OpManager and added the DC back into OpManager

Right now, I am at a loss as to what the problem is. Interestingly enough, we also have this issue on our MSSQL and Exchange servers.
