Active Directory authentication not working

Active Directory authentication not working

Hi,

Requesters or Technicians cannot login using AD credentials.

I am able to scan AD for Requesters and Computers.

I then go to a Requester to change them to a Technician
I have ticked the ' Enable Active Directory Authentication'

I have seen a few other articles explaining the same issue, but no resolutions are posted.
