Active Directories
First lets set the Stage.
We are a "greenfield" enviroment.
We Support 3 companies through our company.
We host their information on 3 servers with 3 active directories due to there are 3 servers.
We have our own server, with our own active Directory.
Problem:
Our own Active Directory (AD for short) can been added in to the requesters without any problems. I have spent clost to 20 hours working on just ours.
We are ready to bring on line in to ServiceDesk the other AD's though when we login under our domain we need to add those AD's. When in the AD search we are not able to connect. all of the setting are correct for the servers. Though we are not logged into the ServiceDesk under the domain we will be importing the AD's from.
e.g.
Our Sever (a) has own (AD)
company B Sever (b) needs to have its AD imported on server (a) requesters scan.
Does this make sense?
All Servers are the same Build and Same OS
