Activate automatic ticket closure without notification

In our environment, it is necessary to send a single notification to the technician, requester and the person e-mail id(s) to notify, for this we create custom trigger and deactivate the notifications that the tool gives us by default.



Unfortunately we realized that when we activate the automatic closing of tickets after "x" days, the notification is also activated automatically to send an e-mail to the requester that their request has been resolved.




The problem we have with this is that by wanting to close the tickets automatically we are sending more than 1 notification to the requester and the staff involved telling them that their request has been resolved.
Is there a way to activate automatic ticket closing without having to activate the notification?

As a comment, users do not enter the tool, they are tracking tickets via email.
