Actions button missing after upgrade
After upgrading to Version 9000 some of my technicians do not have the Actions button when viewing the requests tab. These techs are in the assigned role of "normal". The techs in the role of "SDAdmin" still have the actions button.
Is this a bug or a security change in 9.0?
