Action configuration
Hi.
I have configured a Trap listener to execute an action (to write in an archive). When I Execute the action in Admin>Execute Program Action> Execute the action executes succesfully. But when the trap is received (in configured traps), the action is not executed.
What can be the problem?
Another question: What is the correct sintax for actions with tags in the field Program To Execute?
action.bat $RCAMESSAGE or <action.bat $RCAMESSAGE> ?
