We are running SDP 11200 and have multiple support groups configured.

As far as opening requests via e-mail, it works as expected:
The problem is the automatic acknowledgement e-mail that gets sent when someone raises a new request always comes from
support@domain1.com.
This creates issues if someone responds to that e-mail, because it will create a new request in the wrong support group.
Is there some way to have acknowledgement e-mails come from the e-mail associated with the particular support group the request was raised in?
