[SDF-89711 ]Acknowledgement e-mail comes from wrong e-mail address

We are running SDP 11200 and have multiple support groups configured.

Example:

Support Group 1 e-mail is support@domain1.com
Support Group 2 e-mail is support@domain2.com
Support Group 3 e-mail is support@domain3.com

On the back end, all of these e-mails go to the same mailbox (i.e. support@domain1.com is the main e-mail and support@domain2.com and support@domain3.com are aliases).

As far as opening requests via e-mail, it works as expected:

Sending an e-mail to support@domain1.com opens a request in support group 1
Sending an e-mail to support@domain2.com opens a request in support group 2
Sending an e-mail to support@domain3.com opens a request in support group 3

If a technician responds to a request in group 1 it comes from support@domain1.com.
If a technician responds to a request in group 2 it comes from support@domain2.com.
If a technician responds to a request in group 3 it comes from support@domain3.com.

The problem is the automatic acknowledgement e-mail that gets sent when someone raises a new request always comes from support@domain1.com.

This creates issues if someone responds to that e-mail, because it will create a new request in the wrong support group.

Is there some way to have acknowledgement e-mails come from the e-mail associated with the particular support group the request was raised in?
