Acknowledge requester by e-mail when the request is updated
I'm using this setting "
Acknowledge requester by e-mail when the request is updated."
But every time I change setting of request made from email, the requester gets notified! So after some update, SD send 4-5 updates to requester ;((
Can you group some settings that SD could think it's the only one update. You can group this settings in one - impact, urgency, category\sub\item, request type. Or just make a SAVE button
