I'm wondering if there is a way to automatically aknowledge the Requester when a Technician picks up a request.

In "Admin -> Notifications Rules" there is nothing but "Notify requester when a request is assigned to a technician.", which is not what I'm looking for.

I didn't found anything about it in this forum..
