Acknowledge of ticket from customer before closing

Hi,

i am using SupportCenter Plus 7.5.

Is it possible that the customer must acknowledge the status to close a ticket?

for example: support rep sets status to "resolved" - customer can acknowledge the ticket (status is changed to "closed")

Is there a way to do this?
