Account Manager linked to Domain / Active Directory / LDAP and Hierarchy
Hi,
Is there a way to link/integrate the Account Manager login to a Domain / Active Directory / LDAP similar to Support Reps?
Also, is there a way to create a hierarchy for the Account Managers such as Area Managers, Territory Managers, Regional Managers, etc. so that they can also view the Requests of the Accounts under them?
