I inherited ADSelfService-Plus and am trying to troubleshoot a problem with the self service locked account feature. I am the one who happens to have my account locked so when I go to self service portal and try to unlock it the email that is sent to me is not showing the link. Also I had a coworker with admin rights go in and reset my password which sent me a temp password. I'm unable to change my password. It will not accept any combination I try. I appreciate any help I can get on this.
