I had both PAM360 and ADManager plus. we had enabled "policy configuration" feature which will add users in the admin groups when they send request. however the feature is not working properly with the error message "Account have not been elevated refer logs for more info."

before we buy these program, the sale technician was helped on this one as well, and mentioned there is bug on it and they have to import somefiles to the server, so I wonder what i need do here. I can't contact same sales technician and I try to get proper support from the support team now. thanks
