Accessing ServiceDesk using MS Access
Hi,
I'm using servicedesk ver. 5 (5009) and would like to connect to the database via MS Access to edit / populate some of the tables. I tried MySQL but I think importing large amount data on excel could be easier with MS Access. Does anybody have done this?
