Our Azure client secret expired yesterday, we created a new one, deleted the old one and added the information in ServiceDesk Plus (keeping the rest the same).
But now we cannot use the incoming mail anymore.
Send mail trhough SMTPS works, but incoming mail gives the : Access token not found error message.
I
know there is supposed to be a popup to connect to Office365 but it never
comes, tried on 3 different machines with different browsers and no popup
blockers (or whitelisted)
Can someone help me with this ?
