Access to all instances by Organization Admin
I understand this is by design, but it would be helpful if Organization Admins had the ability to access the Setup menus for all the organization's instances, whether they are a technician in them or not. We essentially have to pay for an extra license in all of our instances so I can jump in and assist with troubleshooting and configuration, even though I am only a working technician in one of them.
