Access Requesters list from front end (not admin)
It would be useful to allow technicians to access the list of requesters from the front end (ie without having to go in to Admin page).
This would allow them to access a Requester record, find associated incidents, assets, service requests etc.
They could also update requester details (if not syn'd with AD).
