Access Level Management: Can i restrict "Operator" to view certain page such as Alert Profiles, Application/ QOS maps / User managed, etc

Anyone can guide me how to update manage Access Level? For example, i would like restrict "Operator" to view certain page such as Alert Profiles, Application/ QOS maps / User managed, etc
