Access denied when i try to remote access!

Hello

We've used MEDC for 2 months and everything have worked fine, we've been able to remotely install all the agents and patches to our 120 computers (both desktops and laptops). But last week the company bought 2 new laptops (HP ProBook 6450b) and they've been nothing but trouble. We can't install the agent remotely, so we installed it manually, but we can't remote controll it, we get a access denied message and we have tried everything but with no luck. The laptops runs windows 7 prof (32bit)

Anyone who got some tips?
