Access Denied from this IP address - Servicedesk Plus

We changed ISPs and have naturally ended up on a new IP address, but now I can't log in, I get the above error.

I don't recall setting an IP address restriction for login locations, but if I did, no way to get back onto it to change that setting.

I'm on the free edition so they sent me here, but I expect this is not something that can be solved by the forums.

Any advice?
