I have been struggling to reconfigure our PMP software for users that belong to groups and assign access control to these groups, but nothing ever saves.  How do I save the settings in this product? It shouldn't be this difficult when I click "Save & Activate" under access control.

Support only has given me the link to how to configure the server then closes out the ticket. Any assistance would be useful.
