Hi,

I have 3 instances , and i need to know if its possible to be an admin of all 3, but lets say that as an admin i dont want to see the Human Ressource Despartments Tickets, becuase of private information, salery, other stuff like only HR Department need to know of, but i need to support them, because they dont have the techinical knowledge of the system.
