About User Satisfaction Survey Logo and some other comment

Recently i am testing SD+ 7 Build 7014 for my company
The forum is quite informative where i can find many useful info. here.
But i still got some problem whether don't know it is the known issue
1 - For Admin> Survey Result
When i clicked on the returned survey from user , the company name is fine, while the company logo at the right up hand side still showing SD+.
I have already uploaded my company logo where the login page and report works fine. Any advice on this ?
2 - Is it possible to generate Graphical report for Survey as there is no survey related option avaiable to choose for right now.
3 - As i read through the forum, the option for report generate through the web UI is very limited, is it possible to provide more/all option for us ?
4 - As i know the logic for this program is copying existing "Solution" to "Resolution" for the request , but mostly Tech. need to manaully input the solution in the "Resolution" field when we .
Is there a way to import or mapping the "Resolution" back to "Solution" ? So that the Knowledge base is really contiune to grow and doesn't need double affort for Tech. to recreate the same "Solution" which is already answered before.
