About Remove all the request
Dear Support
We are about to roll out SD Plus for production.
We would like to keep the configure and setting.
And clear all the testing data we previously created.
Please kindly advice on the best way to remove all the request completely.
(As i remember, the remove function inside SD+ is not really remove the record from the database due to some of the reason in the previous version)
