about Help Desk Settings


Hi, surpport:
 
We have successfully installed the Agent on most worksations. And Now, we have meet a problem!
 
When the client trying to test the "Send Request to Help Desk " in the Agent icon and it appear "Unable to send mail,Mail Server might be down".
 
I think I have set the right  "Help Desk Settings" and "Mail server Settings" ,Please see the detail file"drawing1.jpg"and "drawing2.jpg" in the zip file.
 
The Email Server is in service!
 
About the error, Please see the detail file "drawing3.jpg" in the zip file.
 
Please help me!
