Able to send mail or SMS using phone or Data Card

Hi All,
This is a great product :)
i am just evaluation it and while evaluation i feel 3-4 things,

1. Is there is any way if mine all network down even internet manage App Manage is able to send mail if i use (a)USB data card?? of it able to (b)send SMS to me on mine mobile number ???

(a) if it able to to use data card then how it able to auto connect ? because if Lan is down it should invoke some script which auto connect the Data card Dialer

(b) If it is able to send me SMS, then what is the procedure ?? What it require to send SMS ?

2. Secondly I tried to monitor mine exchange server but everything shows NA and i also go through the forum and also see many peoples mentioned the same issue of "winmgmt" error is there is any fix of it ???? because i want to monitor miine smtp remote queue so that if mails stuk in the queue if can send SMS or local mail

3. Is there is any way to check the availabity of SMTP and Pop server while sending and receiving the mail .....

4. Is there is any way that it should send the daily detailed report of the monitors at the time of reporting .....
