It seems that currently in order to re-enable users/technicians who have been deleted and put into the Resigned state, we are required to contact customer support. It would be nice to be able to view the user/technician accounts who are in this state and have easy ability to re-activate them.
We've seen instances where a user leaves the company and then returns, and a feature like this would help remediate that without having to take extra steps and involve customer support.
