Ability to use other remote desktop tools from with MEDC
A major drawback of MEDC is that it's remote control system is not FIPS140-2 certified (or even complaint). Because of this there are two functions I think need to be addressed:
- Ability to disable remote control completely. (checks the FIPS140-2 box in an audit)
- Add the ability to use 3rd party remote control tools such as Dameware Mini Remote Control (DMRC), that are FIPS140-2 certified. It can the started with a command line as outlined here:

Or make the product FIPS140-2 certified like PMP is.
