Ability to Sort by Configuration.
I would like to be able to generate reports that sort computers by CPU, Hard Drive, RAM, etc. For example, what if my company establishes a policy that all computers under 1.5 GHz are to be replaced with new computers? At this point, at least as far as I have been able to figure out, there isn't an easy way to generate such a report from within ServiceDesk Plus.
