Can we have teh ability to remove a user from the technicians list BUT leave all old requests assigned to them to show they did teh work.

At present if you remove a technician the work, open or closed, becomes unallocated.

 

Only workaround we have at present I can see is to remove login rights to regain a licence and to rename the technician with a prefix like zzz so it moves to the bottom of the technician lists.
